Banana chocolate chip cookies

1. Heat the oven to 180°C (355°F) and line two trays.
2. Beat the butter and sugars, then the egg, vanilla and banana.
3. Mix in the flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt, then the chocolate chips.
4. Drop spoonfuls onto the trays and bake for 11–13 minutes until golden at the edges.
