Thai banana roti

1. Knead the flour, salt, sugar, egg and water into a soft dough. Divide into 4 balls, coat well with oil and rest for at least 1 hour.
2. On an oiled surface, press and stretch each ball out until very thin.
3. Lay on a hot buttered pan, quickly put banana slices and a spoonful of egg in the middle and fold the sides over to make a square parcel.
4. Fry until golden and crisp on both sides.
5. Cut into squares and drizzle with condensed milk and a sprinkle of sugar.
