Banana peel "pulled pork"

1. Cut the stems and ends off the peels. Scrape the soft white pith off the inside with a spoon, then shred the peels with a fork.
2. Fry the onion in the oil until soft, then add the garlic, paprika and shredded peel and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add the barbecue and soy sauces and cook for 10 minutes until sticky.
4. Pile into buns with coleslaw.
