Flying Jacob (Flygande Jacob)

1. Heat the oven to 225°C (435°F).
2. Spread the chicken in a baking dish and top with the banana slices.
3. Whip the cream until soft peaks form, then fold in the chilli sauce and curry powder. Spread over the bananas.
4. Fry the bacon until crisp and scatter over with the peanuts.
5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until bubbling and golden. Serve with rice.
